MLC Ballkids star at Aussie Open

The MLC Ballkids are the unsung stars of the Australian Open and Javelin was thrilled to help promote their involvement in the lead up to this year's event.

Working on behalf of the ballkid sponsor MLC, Javelin coordinated a national PR campaign to highlight the stories of the children selected and to higlight the brand's involvement.

Close to 100 stories were generated nationally with a circulation of 3.6 million, with 84% of all coverage containing an MLC mention, MLC quote or MLC branding in imagery.

The campaign included many highlights including a large full page article on page 19 of the Herald Sun with accompanying online story, and front page stories in at least two suburban and regional newspapers.
